The Pittsburgh Piranhas Women's Hockey Organization is a competitive adult womens amateur hockey organization that encourages women of all ages and skill levels to participate in ice hockey.

Our program focuses on skill development, athletic fitness and team play in a fun and competitive environment. It's a great opportunity for women in the Pittsburgh area to participate and compete against their peers.

We are the founding member of the Pennsylvania/Ohio Women's Hockey association (POWHA) and participate in games & tournaments in the Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and Nashville markets. Our organization is 5 years old and continues to grow yearly.

Sponsor Womens Hockey in Pittsburgh
As with all amateur sports, sponsorship plays a key role in the growth and development of women's hockey. Donations defray the costs of practice and game ice, referees, jerseys, pucks, and transportation for out-of-town games.

The Pittsburgh Piranhas regularly play games throughout the Mid Atlantic, Midwest, and the Southern Canadian regions. We travel to Toronto, Philadelphia, Detroit, Nashville, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Kent, Detroit and Chicago several time per season.

Through generous contributions, our sponsors create opportunities for sportsmanship, athleticism, camaraderie, and competition for women throughout western Pennsylvania.

In turn, we support our sponsors and are proud to promote their products and services among our friends, families, fans, opponents, and the communities we participate in.

If you are interested in sponsoring the Pittsburgh Piranhas, please contact us for more details.
